Trey Hagen

With a mechanical engineering background and deep CAD/CAM expertise, Trey brings years of CNC manufacturing experience. His passion for precision programming and process improvement drives EsoCam’s commitment to deliver production-ready design files and streamlined workflows.

Damien Mendoza

Damien combines a creative design mindset with a strong background in digital fabrication. He excels at transforming concepts into clean, production-ready CAD models, ensuring EsoCam consistently provides high-quality solutions tailored to each client and project.

Our Technical Background

Trey Hagen and Damien Mendoza both graduated from Ranken Technical College specializing in AutoCAD programming for metal parts within the aerospace industry.

Together we have over 22 years of experience operating and programming 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines across the metal, wood, and plastics industries.

We’ve developed strong skills by working hands-on in diverse shop environments and in administrative roles—building expertise from the ground up in production workflows, shop management, and advanced CNC programming.

Today we operate and manage EsoCam, where we have trained and developed a team of talented designers and programmers who collaborate to provide world-class design and manufacturing programming solutions for our clients.
